It appears the fan happening my case has obstructed working, i still have a faun of a cpu cooler and a fan at the back of the case, but its just the one at the front that stopped working, would information technology be a trouble? operating theatre is IT fine to clean lead? thanks

Is it an input or output fan? If it's your only intake fan, then it could exist a problem. Fans are easy and cheap to replace though, so why wouldn't you just supervene upon it?
